Microsoft Certification for Exam 70-515 & MVC 3

Question
-
Hi
My company has just agreed to give me the go ahead to take the exam for 70-515, but I need to know whether the exam will now cover MVC 3 rather than MVC 2. Is and when will the exam be updated to include MVC 3? Should I be learning both versions of MVC?
Please advise!

Hi,
You can check this link:
http://www.microsoft.com/learning/en/us/exam.aspx?ID=70-515#tab2
According to it, 70-515 exam includes MVC2 only.
Thanks!

I took the exam recently and it only covers MVC2. My guess is that it will take a while before Microsoft move it to MVC3 because all the published training material and exam preps cover MVC2 only.
No need to worry about Razor or MVC3, but I guess you will need it in your daily work even if you won't need it for the MCTS certification.
I hope it's not against the rules to discuss what is NOT a part of the cert exam :)

Hi,
additionally to the other two guys: Don't worry about MVC. It's just a little part of the exam and most of the questions are not coding questions, just pure understanding of MVC which you can get after a week of reading.
For the best preparation check the link provided by Aparajita.
