I have misplaced my Install CD and would like to know if it is possible to create another one while using the same key (I still have this.) If I do not have the correct version of windows to match the key I fear it will not register as genuine so I would rather not download a random copy of XP and have it not work. Thank you for any help.

Both your Windows and Office are Volume Licensing editions, therefore it's likely that you are in a setting with in-house or contracted tech support. Please refer your issue to those people for assistance.
If you are not in such a setting and you are an individual consumer, it's very likely that your use of Windows and Office is not in keeping with the End User Licensing Agreements for such. If you paid for genuine Windows and/or Office preinstalled when you bought the computer, or as separate purchases, you did NOT receive the Genuine software you paid for.For great advice on all topics XP, visit http://www.annoyances.org/exec/forum/winxp
