    When I try to track an email from outlook to CRM this error comes up. We do not have an IT department so I am stuck trying to fix this myself. Can you help?

    Any customization like plugin or workflow on create of Email record.

    Also i will suggest to reinstall the CRM for outlook.

    We used our MS Partner Ledgeview support. Ledgeview told us to uninstall/reinstall Office 635 & CRM. Many settings change and registry adjustments. Nothing worked.

    They said it was to complex for them and to call Microsoft. Is it possible frame.net?
