My Microsoft Account is incorrect. Please try again RRS feed

  • I recently changed the password on my MSDN account and now I am unable to access.

    When I try to reset the password, it says "The Microsoft Account is incorrect. Please try again."

    I created this new account with this e-mail to help solve the problem.

    I need someone to check and see if matthew.terry@centerpointenergy.com is still valid or if it has been locked (or hijacked).
