Business Rules not Working in CRM 2013 Mobile App RRS feed

  • Hi,

    I have a Business Rule in CRM which hides\shows some fields (not sections and tabs) based on another field. When I am using the CRM 2013 Mobile App , the Business Rules dont seem to be working. I have the following below queries.

    1. Do the Business Rules work in CRM 2013 mobile app?? If no, then what is the alternate solution?

    2. I can see the number of attachments in the record under notes. While I try to view the attachment, I am not able to do it. How to view the attachments??

    FYI, I am using the app CRM for phones.
