Sign-in weirdness

Question

Sometimes when I come to TechNet, I am able to log in using the account username and password I have as part of my organization's Office 365 account. It gives me the option to "Sign in in with School or Organization".
However, this is rare.
Usually when I click "Log In", I am prompted to enter an "email, phone number or skype" account and not given the choice to use my organization's account. So because of this I've ended up with two TechNet accounts: one using a non-365 email, and one using my sign in info for my organization. I almost always end up having to sign in with the non-365 account. It's just weird.

When you get the problem, try using other browsers, at least for diagnostic purposes.
You can try to fix the problem by using the debugger tools (F12) and then deleting the Microsoft cookies. A Microsoft representative and many other people will say to delete all cookies because it is easy for them to say that but I prefer to only delete specific cookies. Cookies are a likely cause.

Yes, the Answers/Community forums are on a different platform. The user accounts and profiles are different from the MSA (Microsoft Account) we use in TechNet/MSDN (forums, Wiki, blogs, and TechNet Gallery).
