Mappoint vector data or high resolution

  Does Mappoint allow you to save a map as a vector file?

  If not, then how can I have a much higher resolution for the maps that I create?

  I am asking this question because I'm trying to make a map that I can print and put on my wall. The problem is everytime I zoomed in or make the image larger, it gets pixelated and blurry. Please Help.
