Application Error Message - Help RRS feed

    I continue to receive an eror message:

    Ifdviq.exe - Application Error
    The instruction at "0x004062d3" referenced memory at "0x00000000". The memory could not be "read".
    Click on OK to terminate the program
    Click on CANCEL to debug the program

    Doing either brings no result. It occurs at random and I cannot associate a program. I have tried to search for the answer but have so far had no luck.
    Please help.
