CRM 2011: System deletes double created records RRS feed

  • Hello!

    We've found a very strange behavior of our CRM-2011-System (Rollup 10). A user creates a contact or account. However - we did not find out how by now - the contact or account is created twice or thrice or four times. We can see the creates in the system jobs view. About 15 - 20 minutes later the duplicate created records are delete by a system event with owner "SYSTEM". We have no idea how and why this happens. There are no duplicate detection rules enabled and no plugin registered which deletes records. Is this a system behavior? Does anyone have an clue whats the cause of this could be or where to start searching?
