Migration of MSSOAPLib30.SoapClient30 in Microsoft visual basic 6 to dot net

  we got to know that the MSSOAPLib30.SoapClient30 (SOAP Version 3.0) currently using for sending messages in visual basic 6 will not be provided any support in future, we are trying to migrate to dotnet framework. Please suggest me the equivalent dll to proceed further. thanks :)
