  • Client with valid and validateed Office 2006 Professional software
    Client has Expression Web installed
    Installed Office2007 Professional

    Only 'old' component is the FrontPage 2003 software

    Office validation fails the client because of the FrontPage 2003 software but prior to this it allowed it.

    1. Download and run the MGA Diagnostic Tool:

    2. After running the MGA Diagnostic Tool, click
        on the "Windows" tab and then click on "Copy".

    3. Next, visit the following website and create a post in the
        "WGA Validation Problems" forum and paste the
        results of the WGA Diagnostic Data in a detailed post.

    4. A WGA troubleshooting specialist will analyze the data and
        recommend an appropriate solution.

  • Thank you for your response. 

    Microsoft has opened a case number/  The technical support’s response was to uninstall FrontPage, do whatever updates are required, and then reinstall FrontPage.

    Obviously not going to fly with this client.
