E-mail Router Incoming E-mails RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi all,

I configured the E-mail Router to send and receive emails within the CRM. I'm having problems receiving emails.
Under Tools -> Options -> Email, i entered the user's username and password and set to track "E-mail messages in response to CRM e-mail". Unfortunately they do not get tracked. If i set it to track "All e-mail messages", i then receive the emails in the CRM. But i do not wish to receive all emails in the CRM. these would be too many. I only want to track those that are sent in a response from a CRM e-mail (and additionnally also those that were sent from within CRM).
I have the tracking token enabled. Is there some other configuration to set?

    Thanks for your answers

  • Hi,

Are you using Exchange server for your email? If so, you may look into the forwarding mailbox option. I personally preferred the forwarding mailbox deployment option over the others. :)
