Infected? RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi Steve: I've got a bunch of spyware, keyloggers, Trojans, etc., etc., installed to the point where one of those applications has installed itself as "System Administrator" and it won't let me change the OneLiveCare firewall settings.  Went online and followed the directions from the help center and it still won't let me change the firewall settings.  Can you help?
