MCP title when you past the first exam?

  So I have finally got my MCTS for ASP .Net but back then when I first pass 70-536 I am really confused whether or not I am entitled as a MCP. Someone has told me that people used to have the title of MCP a few years back once they finish their first exam but not anymore. Instead we are called a member of the MCP community nowadays.

  So my question is are we still entitled to call ourselves MCP?
