Re-installing windows ultimate steal

My laptop failed on me and i was told to restore my comp to factory condition with all the CDs of course now it DOESNT have my ULTIMATE steal which i payed for with the money I EARNED working during the school year. and i also failed to buy the CD cuz i just wanted to download it straight off the internet. Now i have a laptop that works great but no ultimate steal!! I want it back soon before school starts back up again. Is there some place i can download it? can i use my same product key? THANKS a bunch

--really missing my microsoft ultimate steal 2007 esp. one note
