Unable to find the place from where I would be downloading the certificate HELP!!!!!! RRS feed

    Hi

    I completed my Microsoft SQL Server Database development 2008 certificate  a month and I got a mail the next day which includes the MC ID and temporary access code.

    The link mentioned where i could download the certificate from was https://mcp.microsoft.com/mcp .

    But It never prompted me asking me for my MC ID nor my temporary access code even after creating a profile.

    Please help and let me know where I can download my certificate from.

    Hi,

    I agree you should be able to download your certificate by now. Have you followed the options in the following page? http://www.microsoft.com/learning/en/us/help/assisted-support.aspx
