    Dear Microsoft ,

    My name is sherif  I’m from Egypt and I have a problem with my HP laptop (320 GB) that I used BitLocker option on one partition  to protect my PH files ( PDF , images   ,word documents and ….. etc ). my little sister misused my laptop , when BitLocker  asked for password , it was not recognized and as a result for that mistake all partition was formatted by accident including all my stuff and important files .

    Kindly be informed that I tired all recover programs to get my files back but it didn’t gave me any results , so I ask Microsoft to suggest  me a appropriate program from Microsoft  to solve my problem .

    Dear sherif 

    first don't save any data in your hard disk because when you format or delete from hard disk data still exist but header of files will delete if you save new data will override old data  and i will upload more than one recovery application
