Pricing with variant and all customers without variant

  The article have around 20 variants. Every variant had its special price. I mean it as All customers/variant/price. I want make one price for all variant. So, in old version Dynamics NAV version I created All customers/without variant/price and beggining date. I not closed date for all customers with variant. In new version it not works, it takes price for variant (higher). As I understand new version works by other pricing principles. But program chooses the lowest price. Why in this case I not get the lowest price without variant?
