    SLIC HPQOEMSLIC-MPC

Your computer's bios predates Windows 7 by almost 2 years and does not qualify for OEM SLP activation. OEM SLP activation is the method used by major manufacturers to activate mass produced computers. Someone has installed a loader that attempts to emulate OEM SLP activation. The loader is using a dell key and attempting to use a HP/Compaq SLIC bios marker. Windows has identified the loader and flagged your system as non-genuine

If you purchased the computer with windows installed consider seeking a refund, if you purchased the windows product and installed it consider seeking a refund or reporting the seller to MS antipiracy.

I would recommend the installation of a valid, licensed OS using genuine media.
