  • You need to activate your installation of Windows XP, either via the internet or by phone.  Please read the following for instructions:

  • When I follow the instruction below there is no Activate Windows in the System Tools menu. 


    Click Start, point to All Programs, point to Accessories, point to System Tools, and then click Activate Windows.

    Having trouble again i've tried phoning but a dont know what its asking me for. and i've recently just noticed in that diagnostic that the activation key shown is not the one that i should have. do you have any solutions and do you have a phone number for a microsoft operator. cheers
