Microsoft ID not received and have another one before

I register my case at this link from 16/6/2013 and no one replay i tried to post the problem 3 times with last SR# 1251332950. and no one reply i have Microsoft ID linked to Prometric ID when i was in Egypt but when moved to saudi arbia i have problem to access my email so i create new prometric id because i have to take the exam ASAP
the problem is i didn't receive my new Microsoft ID till now to my email and i need to merge the new one with the old
i tried to call Microsoft Saudi Arabia also but told me to go to this link also, What else should i do now

Dear sally,
Unfortunately the way to make a union of MC ID numbers and making code if not accepted in any way via the website it is only through Microsoft's support centers.
I strongly suggest you contact them, their service and attitude is very good!
Slowly try to explain to them what you want to do.
I wrote down the phone numbers of support in your area, and there is a link that allows you viewing in different areas if needed.

unfortunately I can't call this numbers it is like toll free number or service number that related to specific country and no number for Saudi Arabia network says it is wrong number
i don't know why they didn't replay my SR
