Updating records through the data import in MS CRM 2011 RRS feed

    Hi All,

    Does anyone have the idea on updating the crm entity records through the data import for multiple users with same template.

    It would be great if anybody can provide the solution on the same.

    The best way to update is to export the records you want to update and then merge your excel into the exported file.  when exporting, there is a checkbox for "reimport".  That will make sure that all your records are properly updated, instead of making new ones.
