Addin Dynamics CRM for Outlook is disabled on every start RRS feed

  • Hi,

    on every start of Outlook is Dynamics CRM for Outlook add-in disabled, so I must go to Settings ->COM addins ->Check the CRM add-in.

    There is settings "Manage add-ins" on some computers, where you can "Allways enable" CRM add-in. 

    But on some computers is only "Manage plugins" where isn't this option.

    But I don't know, if problem is do Outlook "performance detection for add-in" or if there is any other problem.

    We use MS Outlook 2013 and Dynamics CRM 2011.

  • Do you have the latest roll up, or at least the roll up that matches your CRM installation?

    I would suggest doing that first, and then next uninstalling and reinstalling if that doesn't fix it. We've seen this before, and as you said, it seems to be sporadic but it's usually related to software versioning.
