CRM 2015 Online running with users from APAC / US / EMEA

  Hi guys,
  
  We have CRM2015 Online and it works fine from EMEA/US (slow, but I guess this is something we need to accept running CRM online)
  
  However, the performance from APAC is really really bad. It takes up to 10 min to login. APAC office is on 20mb line. so it’s not the line, it’s all these jumps/routing from APAC to Dublin (CRM datacenter).
  
  Is there any way to solve this without publishing CRM via Citrix.
  We want our users to directly use : https://org.crm4.dynamics.com because they will have to use Outlook Plugin and Mobile clients.
  
  Is there any replications offered by Microsoft?
