I followed the advice posted to Kaine, but no such luck. By clicking the last blue link (change product key) at bottom of SYSTEM page I simply get a form asking me to enter my product key (PID); when I enter the PID I get an error message which stops my progress by the time I hit the fourth character. After "upgrading" for $259 (Catch-22 on tech. help here, btw; Joseph Heller would love it; if you can't activate you have to spend another $59 on a tech call to help w/activation) and spending several HOURS today trying to cure the much-touted "VISTA ULTIMATE" program...no luck. This OS from hell only informs me that I have 6 days left to enter my product key which it WILL NOT LET me enter. Surely other weary yet long-time Windows customers must be smelling the Apple trees along with me.
