Remove From My Forums

Product WILL NOT install!

I have tried 17 times to unistall and reinstall Live One Care and after it reboots, nothing happens. It doesn't prompt me to do anything. Now I'm getting an error saying that one or more files was not installed and the entire procedure stops. This is a newly built hard drive with nothing on it. I just had install Internet Explorer to even get on here. Please help me if you can!! Thanks!!!

Run the install cleanup tool - http://social.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/onecareinstallandactivate/thread/399071e2-49dc-4767-932d-d261e3965943 then install all Windows Updates before attempting to install One Care.
