  • Confused,

Curious did you post the whole diagnostic results? Also do you have any trial versions of office currently installed on your system?

    Thank you,

  • Confused,

Please re-install your office. Next visit http://www.microsoft.com/genuine and click on "Validate Office" located at the upper right hand corner. Restart the computer system. This should rectify the your problem. If you need further assistance please re-post back in this thread.

  • I dont have an install disk or anything. The computer didnt come with any. Its been showing the product key screen since i bought it from staples about a month ago. Eventually it just stoped letting me do anthing. I bought the display so would that have something to do with it?
