  • Question

  • Hi,

I've a problem connecting Live Meeting (Direct or Using Outlook Plugin).

I don't have any kind of error in Eventvwr on Client

    or OCS Server.

I've reinstalled Web Conference, Live Meeting Client and verified all features. everything is ok.

    Any idea?

    Regards,

    Emerson

    Hi all,

    It`s a "noob" problem.. lol

Just enable users for Conference (using policy or define policy per user) and after that, validate the connection in Live Meeting Client

    Regards,

  • What do you mean "Validate the connection in Live Meeting Client"?  is there something the CLIENT has to do to enable web conferencing??

I've got my default policy set to allow web conferencing, but I have no button to start one..

  • OK - I fixed my problem - I'm only posting this, in case someone else has a similar problem, and stumbles upon my post by a search...

The two things you want to download are:

    http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/help/HA101733831033.aspx

    and

    http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/help/HA102368901033.aspx

The first is the client.  The second is the Outlook Plug-in..

Hope someone else benefits from my week of searching (and my 30 minutes of asking for help on the forum!!)
