ALG.exe - Windows 7 Compatible?

Is ALG.exe compatible with Windows 7 and if it is, is it to be found in windows/system32/ ? I have only found reference to XP and prior versions of Windows. Thanks!

I don't think Windows 7 uses ALG but the best place to ask is here - http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/default.aspx#tab=1
