CRM email form as default Outlook email? RRS feed

  • On our CRM4 email form, I have some fields that are mandatory to be filled in by the user when sending an email.  But if the same user gets an outlook email and replies/forwards it, they do not have to fill in my mandatory fields, because they are not in the outlook email form, only the CRM email form.

    Is there a way to make the CRM email form the default form in Outlook so that incoming and replies will be in the CRM format and thus have my mandatory fields in them?

    Any suggestions are greatly appreciated, thanks!
