CRM email form as default Outlook email?

Question
-
On our CRM4 email form, I have some fields that are mandatory to be filled in by the user when sending an email. But if the same user gets an outlook email and replies/forwards it, they do not have to fill in my mandatory fields, because they are not in the outlook email form, only the CRM email form.
Is there a way to make the CRM email form the default form in Outlook so that incoming and replies will be in the CRM format and thus have my mandatory fields in them?
Any suggestions are greatly appreciated, thanks!

Sorry, I'm not understanding. I was just wondering if there was a way to force CRM users to use the CRM email form in Outlook, rather than the default Outlook email form.

Got it, thanks. But that only turns on the CRM email form when clicking "New Activity" > "Email", in the CRM Outlook toolbar. I'm trying to force the CRM email form when clicking new email in Outlook, or ideally when replying to an email in Outlook.
thanks again.
