    Yes man even i am wondering how the recognition points are being awarded.

    Good notice Varun, but could it be one of the factor to find out the TOP persons in a particular month ?

    Man after this post i did , my points increased by 2, so whats the consideration about the poitns given ? may be the emssage length  ? etc etc ? or what could be the actual factor, we still need to find about that.
