  Hi all,

   

  Our link to Mcafee Total Protection Service “Update Now” is greyed out. When I log in to the Security Centre using my email address and password. The page just reloads and prompts for a password. I have clicked on the link for a forgotten password which sends me an email with the password I am using.

   

  How do I update the AV?
