Unpublish a dashboard RRS feed

    I have a dashboard in crm 2011 that I would like to keep around but don't want others to see it.  Is there anyway I can unpublish it or somehow make it private?

    Hi,

    If the dashboard is placed in the solution, you should delete it from solution and create a new one for yourself (not from customization, from Workplace > dashboards > New). If the dashboard is a personal one which you have shared, there is no need to delete it. You could only remove the shared users from the sharing section of the dashboard.

    BTW, there is no copy service in CRM, hence you could not copy your dashboard. You could create it manually.

    Copy thre dashboard to a new dasboard with a new name.  Don't publish the new one.  Delete the published one.
