Can't Validate RRS feed

    Hello

     

    I'm having a problem cause i'm trying to reinstall windows on my computer and I lost my CoA and i can't validate. I have also tried over the phone and the number I'm given says it's not a valid number and when i get transfered to a rep the line is lost.

     

    I've run the test and this is what i got is there anyway i can retrieve my Validation Number without having to pay for a new one?

    The diagnostic report indicates that

     

    Windows XP Professional has not been activated

    and

    Microsoft Office XP Professional with FrontPage - 114 Blocked VLK 2

     

    I would recommend taking care of the activation/validation issue and it seems that you will need to call it in. If the product key is not recognized as genuine, it is possible that it may be some blocked/leaked product key. Please contact the Office Activation Center to confirm and they can be reached at (888) 652-2342 from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM Pacific Time.

     

    An OEM machine will have the COA somewhere on the machine itself, for laptops it is usually on the bottom and on a desktop it is somewhere on the side of the machine.  For How to Tell please visit this website: http://www.microsoft.com/resources/howtotell/ww/default.mspx

     

    Please contact the computer manufacturer of the machine to request recovery cd's or you can try to call Microsoft.
