Diagnostics reported this to an outbound Outlook client user:
Microsoft.Crm.Outlook.Diagnostics.DiagnosticCheckException: Cached metadata information appears to be corrupted and was deleted etc
Please restart Outlook. ---> System.Net.WebException: The request failed with HTTP status 401
Outlook is lacking the CRM toolbar, addin is enabled. When we tried to reconfigure it replied something to the effect that another profiile was used for a prior connection and it will continue to use that one.
Any suggestions for a cure?
