Problem with start front End service (i need help)

hi
I have separate (AD, SQL and OCS), but when I go to start the services (step 9) I get a 0xC3EC79E8 error.
I can't start the Front End server but I have started the other's services, the error log I have been receiving is below:

Resolution:
Restart the server. If the problem persists contact product support.

Hi!
RTCSrv are dependable of a lot of OCS services...
Do you have any old LCS proxy server? If you have any problem on any service of OCS or LCS, your Front-End services isn't start...
