  • Question

  • Hi all

I read in some treads that there might be a problem with drivers WHS needs W2003 Drivers. Many of us are using non server boards, I plan to use a ASRock ALiveXFire-eSATA2 MB with  AMDBE2350 CPU.

Is here a potential problem with drivers?

    thanks

    peter

  • WHS is based on Windows Server 2003, so you are best off if you can use drivers for that operating system. You can usually get drivers for Windows XP to work as well, though.

  • I have an Asrock Mobo (DVI-H, 945 chipset) for my WHS.

Most of the drivers have 2003 combatability, with the exception of the onboard video. I used XP combatability mode and it worked.
