Your installation of Office Enterprise 2007 is a nongenuine installation.  It is a volume licensing installation that was done with a now-Blocked Volume Licensing Key.  Volume Licensing Keys are blocked by Microsoft when the original owner of the Key reports to Microsoft that they key has been lost, stolen, or compromised to the internet, or blocked by Microsoft if it notices an abuse of the Key, as in many more installations using the Key that originally authorized.  Keys are also Blocked when the relevant Volume Licensing Agreement is ended.

Normally, legitimate users of Volume Licensing editions of Office are associated with larger business, educational, or governmental organizations.  If that's you, please contact your organization's IT support staff for further assistance.

If your use of this installation of Office Enterprise 2007 is not associated with a larger business, educational, or governmental organization, and you purchased the installed copy of Office Enterprise 2007 thinking that it was a retail license to be sold to individual consumers, it is likely that you are a victim of software piracy or counterfeiting.  As an individual consumer, you should never have been sold Volume Licensing (VL) materials such as the VL installation CD, and you certainly should not have received a Blocked Product Key for Office Enterprise 2007.  You should have been sold Genuine retail licensed software.

If so, your first course of action is to confront your seller with this information and demand either a full refund or to receive the genuine software you paid for.

If the seller refuses to help, please file a piracy report at www.microsoft.com/piracy.  Also, depending upon whether you received "high quality" counterfeit materials, you may qualify for the Office Complimentary Offer or for the Office Genuine Advantage discounted offer.  Please see the FAQ here:  http://www.microsoft.com/genuine/downloads/FAQ.aspx?displaylang=en#ID0EKNAC  If you think that you qualify for the Genuine Office Offer, apply for the Offer thru the Learn More Online link that the OGA Notifier is displaying.

One other possibility is that at one time your computer did have a Genuine installation of Office installed, but for some reason it was replaced with the current installations which are nongenuine.  This could have happened if you took your computer to a repair shop and they reinstalled Windows and/or some or all of your programs.  You Get Genuine once again by uninstalling the current nongenuine installations of Office and using your Genuine Microsoft hologrammed Office installation CDs, along with the genuine Product Key found on your Office Edition's Certificate of Authenticity, to put back the genuine installation of Office you may have already had on the computer.

Note that the same nongenuine Volume Licensing situation applies to your installation of Windows XP Pro as well.  Does the computer have a Certificate of Authenticity for any version or edition of Windows affixed to it?
