Question

I was trying to attach a voice mail to my case, but it does not allow to do so. I hope it is possible.
Do i need to do some other task before doing so.
Note: I checked the blocked extention, it does not have .wav in that.

there could be a timeout out occurring. First, if possible enable tracing to see if you receive a better error message.
Enable tracing http://support.microsoft.com/kb/907490
Also if required adjust timeouts http://bingsoft.wordpress.com/tag/oledbtimeout/
