    It needs a username and password but what do they belong to?

    These belong to the remote user accounts you create on your server. On the server, launch the Dashboard and click on Add a user account and follow through the wizard. Optionally, from the Dashboard , click on the Users tab and then Add a user account . Once your done, from the Launchpad on the system prompting for the user name and password, enter the credentials from the remote user account you just created.

    The user that you (should have) created in the dashboard.
