unable save windows10 upgrade .exe file

    Question

  • Hi,

    I am using windows 7 . I want to upgrade to windows 10. I am unable to save the .exe file from microsoft to upgrade to windows 10 .

    I received the message,  c:\users\ssc\/AppData\Local\Temp\BABpT_3.exe.part could not be saved, because the source the file could not be read.

    please help me how to resolve the issue.

    I'd ask in the Windows forum on Microsoft Community.

    As the Microsoft Community is on a different platform, we cannot move the question for you.
