Retrieving Data Failed

  I am not sure why all of a sudden when I click on our pool in our pilot environment, pretty much everything says "Retrieving Data Failed"  under General Settings.  What would cause this? Also when I click on the intelligent IM Filter I get : Unable to access WMI for pool 'poolname' Exception: com error code 800407D0 retruened = "Select * from MSFT_SIPIIMFilterSetting WHERE Backend = DB.  Check inner exception for details.
