To change the password via Remote Web Access:
- Log in to the RWA site.
- Click on your user name, in the upper right corner of the browser window. (Note that there's a small downward pointing arrow, to indicate that there are options available if you click there.)
- Click on "Change password".
- The user you're logged in as will be shown as server\user.
- Enter the old password, and the new password twice.
- Confirm the change.
- Presto! You have a new password.

Remote web access is linked to User Accounts - you will need to change the User password in the Dashboard.

No, you don't. I just changed my server password using the exact functionality I described, from the Remote Access web site. Then I verified the password change, and changed it back. (I like the password I use now. :) )
This was what you asked about:
How does a person change the password on "remote web access"?
which I took to be asking "How does a user change their own password, using the Remote Access web site?"

I, as you saw by my answer, had a different interpretation of the question but with an equally valid answer - or so I thought!
