    This application .exe is sitting in my download folder and I believe taking up space on my hard drive.   After I downloaded and installed it, shouldn't it have gone away?  Is it taking up space on my hard drive and slowing down my start-up and internet explorer launch?  Please advise me on what to do with this file.

    Dear Customer, 

        Thanks for your posted, Based on your question "Is it taking up space on my hard drive and slowing down my start-up and internet explorer launch?" 

      Q1: Is it taking up space on my hard drive?  Ans1: Yes, it will taking up space on your hard drive about 30~50MB that but according to your OS. 

      Q2: Is it slowing down my start-up and internet explorer launch? Ans2: No, It isn't. Fix it Center tool is not affect the IE's performance.
