what am i supposed to do?

I take it that your computer is not a company machine then?
If not, from where did you get this copy of Windows? – Volume License copies are not for sale to the general public.
You would have to reinstall Windows using the proper disks – probably for Vista.
If you don’t have the proper Recovery disks for you machine, you should contact HP and order a set.

Your License Key is for a KMS Volume License – contact your System Administrator for the proper activation details for your company.
