Nortel CS1000 Integration - Presence Problems RRS feed

  • So we have a Nortel CS1000 (v5.5), MCM 4.0.16 software and OCS R2 (RTM + all hotfixes available on 5/26/09).  Our system works with the exception of phone presence.  If I answer the call on the deskphone the "In a Call" never happens and the toaster pop simply disappears - typically my understanding is you would see the call details in MOC like an enterprise voice call.

    On all the servers (FE, MED and MCM) this is what I'm seeing come in as soon as I pick up the deskphone:

    Anyone else seen anything like this before?

  • How are your users configured.

    Remote Call Control (ad setting:PBX intergration)

    Remote Call Control and Dual Forking ? (AD setting: enterprise voice and PBX intergration)

    Only Dual Forking (AD setting: enterprise voice ) (then you won't get status "in a Call" when using deskphone only when you are using Communicator)
