    I just reformated my windows xp a few days ago. And I had to change my product key because windows said so. When I changed my product key I just realised I forgot to copy the new product key down. And now my computer is having trouble again which I have to formate it again. But I couldn't, because I do not know my new product key.

         Where is the Certificate of Authenticity (COA) sticker? You should have a sticker located on the side of your computer. Can you locate it? Should you need assistance please reference the following website http://www.howtotell.com .  Here you will see various COAs for examples. Who is the manufacturer of your computer? Is the system a commercially built system or is it a custom built system? 

     

    Please review the following Knowledge Base (KB) article, http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx/kb/326246, “How to replace Microsoft software or hardware, order service packs and product upgrades, or replace product manuals.

     

    Also if you have lost, broken, or misplaced your original Microsoft Office or Microsoft Publisher installation CD, you can order replacement media from Microsoft @ http://support.microsoft.com/kb/302822/en-us &   http://support.microsoft.com/kb/326246/en-us

    Look up Magic Jelly Bean on the net. Its a keyfinder. It will give you all current Microsoft and Adobe keys on your system.
