  I have been using Windows Live Mail for approximately 6 years.  I do not have Windows Essentials.  A couple of weeks ago, I lost all calendar events and other data stored on my calendar, i.e. birthdays, appointments, etc.  Also, at the same time, I lost a portion of my contacts from my contact list, and some of the remaining ones reverted to old (long ago changed) emails and addresses.  How can I get this data back and fix this problem?
