Folks:
Since we upgraded to CRM 2015 whenever a CRM user opens his/her Outlook we get the below popup messages. What I've noticed is it happens only when users have added the ARCHIVE Outlook data file to the Outlook. Is there a fix for this because this never happened
in our earlier version CRM 2011.
ERROR - Popup
Only items in the default Microsoft Outlook store can be promoted to Microsoft Dynamics CRM.Item Name=<Email Subject>
