  • Hello Heshamzeyada,

Thank you for posting in the OGA Forums :-). I am curious have you ever installed any other Microsoft Office Suites or standalone Office programs? Please check your control panel and see if there are any other Office products located in the uninstall program area.

    Thank you,

    Stephen

  • Hi Stephen,

I only had Microsoft office profissional 60 days trial installed on my Toshiba laptop (with vista business)
No standalone office programs heve been installed on my machine before

Checking on control panel (un-install programs), only microsoft office enterprice 2007 and Save as PDF or XPS addin

Is there anything else I can do to help you understanding what is the problem?

    Thanks

  • Heshamzeyada,

Which version of Office Professional 60 day trial was installed previously? There may be some remenants left behind which you are able to see. Before I offer you a potential fix I need to know which trial version was installed.

    Thank you,

    Stephen
